About Us

Ability Plus Disability Services is a progressive company specialising in the provision of participant centred supports that places a premium on the progress toward participant goals.

Ability Plus Disability Services was established in 2016. The Directors have a combined experience of over 50 years of working within a variety of health care sectors including extensive experience working with people who have acquired their injuries.

Our Services

The organisation provides:

  • Attendant Care – including personal care, domestic support, therapy support, and social and recreational support.
  • Case Management /Support Coordination – to assist people to become more independent and active in community life.
  • Community Access Planning – To assist people to maintain or re-engage in leisure and recreational activities.

Our Participants

Ability Plus Disability Services has participants across Victoria.

People with approved funding including NDIS, TAC (Transport Accident Commission), DHHS packages and private sources are able to access support from Ability Plus.

Participants receive support in their homes and to access the community. Support hours vary from participant to participant depending on their needs and funding.

Ability Plus Disability Services is a Registered NDIS Provider and complies with all Victorian and Commonwealth Government requirements for the delivery of quality and safe disability support services.

Person Centred Approach to Service Delivery

Ability Plus is dedicated to providing a person-centred approach to all its practices. A person-centred approach ensures participants are at the centre of planning and decision making. This approach works with participants to identify their needs, aspirations and strengths and to develop plans with each person to achieve what is important to them now and into the future.
