The Victorian Advocacy League for Individuals with Disability (VALID)

VALID is the peak organisation in the Victorian disability sector representing adults with an intellectual disability and their families. VALID is run by and for people with disability and family members. VALID has particular expertise in networking and providing information to people with disability and families across the state.

Disability Justice Advocacy Inc (DJA)

DJA provides advocacy support to people who have ongoing support needs as a result of disability.

Disability Advocacy Resource Unit (DARU)

The DARU resources the disability advocacy sector in Victoria. The DARU does not provide a direct advocacy services.

Blind Sports Australia

Blind Sports Australia is a national not-for-profit organisation whose members are blind sporting organisations.

Disabled Wintersport Australia (DWA)

Established in 1978 the Disabled Wintersport Australia (DWA) has assisted thousands of individuals with disabilities to participate in winter sports annually.

Deaf Sports Australia

Deaf Sports Australia is a vibrant organisation focused on facilitating the access of deaf and hard of hearing people to the best sporting opportunities available in Australia. It is the peak body for deaf sports in Australia.

Riding for the Disabled

Provides horse riding and related activities for physically or intellectually disadvantaged people of all ages.

Victorian Electric Wheelchairs Association (VEWSA)

Provides sporting and recreational activities for children and adults who require electric wheelchairs (including powered scooters) for personal independence and functional mobility.

Access Ability Australia

Access Ability Australia strive to empower people of all abilities to live a full and productive life. We encourage people to become involved in their community and in turn for their community to provide authentic inclusion and support for their specific needs.
