Yes. We provide support connection which is basic help to start using your plan, and support coordination which is ongoing coordination of supports and building capacity. Ability Plus does not offer specialist support coordination which is intensive support for people with complex needs or challenging situations. If you need a specialist support coordinator, we can provide you with a list of referrals for this service.
